Abstract Concrete has been known to the world be one of most crucial components a developing country but there some downsides environment in making concrete. Mixing concrete needs water, fine aggregates, coarse and cements as main component. Cement is cause disadvantages normal mixing because cement production, it will emit lot carbon dioxide environment. The emission atmosphere proven problems that air pollution greenhouse effect. Furthermore, an agricultural dependent like Malaysia, waste had concerning public whereby Sugarcane Bagasse (ScB) wastes. can useful towards civil engineering communities where turn into ash by burning grinding residual Ash (ScBA). (ScBA) need grind make particles cement-like particle size. Therefore, purpose this research replace percentage minimize production cements. So, objective identify optimum produce maximum value compressive strength when being 0%, 4%, 8%, 12%. Based on results obtained mix with 4% higher compared control sample which 45.60MPa only have 38.83MPa. In conclusion, using waste, not also invention replacement for reduce emissions concern waste.
